Pre-lending Due Diligence

We perform pre-lending due diligence surveys covering a variety of industries. Proposed credit lines have ranged from £100k to £250 million. Our key focus is on accounts receivable, inventory and fleet asset facilities.

Pre-activation Examinations

When a proposed transaction has been approved by the lender we are engaged to carry out the closing review. This service is offered as a standalone product or in conjunction with the pre-lending review.

Existing Facility or Cycle Collateral Examinations

We perform collateral examinations for our clients on a regular basis. The collateral examination can vary from a single ledger, one site company to a multi-ledger, multiple locations and multi-currency examination. As with surveys our key focus is on accounts receivable, inventory and fleet asset facilities.

Securitisation Examinations

We undertake reviews for securitisation providers, monitoring their investments or outlining the systems, controls and processes in place and identifying areas of risk.
